St Mary's School
Friday 3rd September 2021
"As it is, these remain: faith, hope and love, the three of them; and the greatest of them is love." Corinthians, 13 – 13
Dear whānau, tamariki and parishioners,
Bubble school is on for a small number of students, and so far, so good. We are being well looked after by St Peter's, teacher aides and parents who have dropped off lollies, coffee and pizza. All contactless of course!
The assemblies are going great, and many of you will have seen our Father's Day celebration online today. We were also joined by a special guest - Mrs Dennis! It was wonderful to see you her. Thinking of you all, and can't wait until we are all back together.
Finally, on behalf of us all at St Mary's I would like to wish all our dads, grandads, uncles and important men in our lives a very happy Father's Day on Sunday.
God bless, kia kaha, Annie
Whole school Mass Sunday 12th September - POSTPONED
As you will see looking at our events calendar below we have had to make a number of changes. The first, and most important change, is around the Holy Communion Mass and celebrations.
New date is SUNDAY 31ST OCTOBER. We are hopeful that moving it to a date so far in the future will mean grandparents and extended whānau that live beyond Gore (even the North Island) will be able to be physically present.
Teacher Only day... postponed until 12th November

Hard work, good food (thank you so much Mrs Quinney and St Peter's) and then exercise to work it off!
