A Message from our Assistant Principal.......
How is it already Spring Break?? As we begin our final 9 weeks, please keep in mind how important it is for your students to be at school every day by 7:30. Our fabulous teachers are reading to begin instruction at 7:30. Hopefully, the flu bug has left the building and the sun is going to come out and kill all the other germs that tend to find our littles. We love to see all of their sweet faces every day and celebrate their successes.
Enjoy your babies this upcoming week! We look forward to seeing their sweet faces Monday, March 18.
Have a great weekend and stay warm!
BEARy best wishes...

A Message from Nurse Abby.....
Happy Friday Bears!
Parents, it’s not too late to get your family a flu shot. Flu season is underway, which means you can still protect yourself. The CDC states the flu season can last until May. Most walk-in clinics (18 months and older) and pharmacies (adults 18yrs and older) in Wylie still have flu shots, but call to confirm before going.
Please remember to follow our WISD policy for sick students. By keeping your child home, you are reducing the spread of germs that potentially cause illness. A student must be fever (100.0 or above), vomit and diarrhea free for 24 hours without the use of suppressing medications before returning to school.
Please remember to send a refillable water bottle to school with your child. Have a great weekend!
Stay Healthy,
Nurse Abby

Happy Friday Bears!
After Spring Break, on Wednesday, March 20th, is the International Day of Happiness. Staff and students are being encouraged to wear yellow on that day. Students will be sharing with each other what makes them happy!
As our students reflect, let us all think about the things in our lives that we are grateful for and brings us joy and happiness.
Enjoy a wonderful Spring Break with your families!!
Safety Patrol
Please make sure you are here for your scheduled time. If it is below 40 degrees or bad weather, you are to open the school doors for students to welcome them in. If you are unable to do Safety Patrol, please let me know. It is okay if it is not working out, but we just need to know. The next group is:
March 4- March 29 (Green Group)
April 1-April 19 (Red Group)
Bear Love,
Mrs. Ray
