Math Masters
Albert Lea sent 8 teams to the Fifth Grade Math Masters competition in Austin. The competition consisted of a Fact Drill, an Individual Competition, and a Team Competition. Our students have been hard at work practicing before and after school to be prepared to show their math skills. We are proud of our 5th-grade Math Masters and congratulations to all!
Vocational Seminar
Logan Medd (class of 2022) came to speak to Erin Gustafson's Vocational Seminar class this week about his experience at Job Corps in the Forestry Conservation and Firefighting program in rural Montana. Students got to see his work uniforms, learn about the free training, what life is like in the dorms, and the support provided to students.
