LVMS Newsletter

August 19, 2022 | Edition I

What a GREAT first week!

We had an amazing first three days with our students! Our teachers have been working extremely hard to get to know their students, set expectations, know procedures, having the students get to know each other, and finally, learning a little math!

I appreciate everyone's patience as we have gotten this year off the ground - our bus struggles have been well documented, but we should see marked improvement next week. Car line has been busy, but as everyone gets used to the procedures, it will get faster.

Most importantly, we appreciate the opportunity to work with your students. It's an incredible honor to be teachers, and we hope to make the best out of everyday.

If you ever have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Just in case you missed the last newsletter about pick up and drop off(Cough, Cough - you know who you are!)

You can drop off your student at either drop off before school - by the upper gym, or by the cafeteria.

After school pick up -

6th Grade pick up is by the Upper Gym. If your 6th Grader has an older sibling, have them all at the 6th grade car line.

7th and 8th Grade pick up is down by the cafeteria.

I put together an incredible, high production value instructional video if you have any questions - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L4iNMy4Vw9Y
