The Weekender
Week of February 3, 2023
Weekly Note from Ms. Poland
Dear Staff,
I was listening to a talk with Mel Robbins and she said challenged people who are miserable where they are or unhappy with what they do to redirect that negative energy. Instead of resisting and complaining, let it go. Let the negative feelings go and that makes room for positive things. It really hit me. As long as I hold on to negative thoughts, they take up space in me. Once I let those thoughts go and refuse to let them take up a home in me, I have instantly made room for positive things.
This week, no matter what your challenge is, work, home, friendships, etc. Try letting go and making room for some amazing things.
Love to you all
Tami
