Q. Do I need to do my STOPit Pre Screening before I come on campus?
A. Yes. In order to get onto campus to complete your Senior Checkout and Graduation Check-In, you need to complete the STOPit SafeScreen check in process on each day that you will be on campus.
You should complete this screening prior to coming to school and bring proof that you completed the check in process when you arrive. A screenshot on a cell phone is easiest. If you don’t have a cell phone, a printed copy of the QR code will work, too.

Q: When will students receive graduation tickets, and caps and gowns?
A: Students will receive graduation tickets, caps, and gowns during senior checkout.
Q: Do students have to attend/participate in school after they take finals?
A: Yes! According to Education Code, all students are required to be at school every day through graduation. Students are expected to attend all classes through the end of the day on Friday, May 28.
Graduation Practice
Q: What date/time is graduation practice?
A: We will not be holding a graduation practice this year. Instead, students will be provided with information about what to expect at graduation, then they will arrive a little early for the graduation ceremony to be briefed on what they will need to do.
Graduation
Q: What time do students need to arrive to check in for graduation?
A: Students will be asked to arrive approximately 1.5 hours prior to the ceremony. When they complete their senior checkout, they will receive a notification of the exact time to report.
Q: How many tickets will students receive for graduation?
A: Students will receive FOUR tickets for graduation.
Q: Can I get an extra ticket to graduation?
A: No. The COVID guidelines that we are required to follow to hold a graduation ceremony have attendance strictly limited.
However, the graduation ceremonies will be live streamed for those who are not able to attend! More information to come on this.
