From the Principal

Sometimes you return to school from a break and immediately feel like you never left. Thanksgiving seems like it was a month ago. Am I right? We have had a busy week here at St. Jude School. A very successful #weGiveCatholic online day of giving on Tuesday and a lovely Advent Prayer Service on Wednesday. A very special thank you to Mrs. Debbie Farina, and her father, Mr. Rak for leading us in song. We ended our week with Mass and honored the students selected this month for the character trait of gratitude. As Fr. Kosem said, "gratitude is all about attitude." I am grateful for my staff and awesome families that surround St. Jude School. Have a great weekend.

Many blessings,

Mrs. Molly Hibler.

A Huge Thank You!

On Tuesday, November 27 from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. St Jude School participated in #weGiveCatholic, Northeast Ohio’s Online Day of Catholic Giving. We raised $4,295 during this online day of Catholic giving in Northeast Ohio. These donations will be used to help expand our school's STREAM program and much more. A very special thank you to Mr. Alan George aka Buddy the Elf, for agreeing to participate in the minimum $10.00 donation photo opportunity. This promotion generated much motivation for our school families. More details to follow on this important picture date.

PTO-Board Position Opening

The PTO is seeking a secretary to sit on the board. Meetings are limited to about four a year so taking time away from your other responsibilities is not demanding. This person would keep minutes at the meetings and also be responsible for adding periodic postings on the PTO twitter, FB and Google accounts. All of this can be done in the evening, while you are waiting to pick up your child, or frankly any time at your convenience. Ideally, we would love to have this person sit on the board for two years but are willing to have someone pick up for the remainder of this school year. Please send your questions or interest to

If you need to load money onto your child's account, you may do that at home online. If you need information on how to do this, contact Mrs. Januzzi. Your child can load money here at school in the morning (we have the staff to help.) When sending money in with your child $1, $2, $5, $10 or $20, note we cannot give cash back. If you have more then one child, each child will need their own money, seeing everyone has their account.
