Tips on Managing Your Credit

The Simple Stuff

A really big and common problem with having a credit around high school/college is thinking you can buy whatever you want. Doing that ruins your credit score which makes it hard to do nearly anything involving credit.

Know Your Status

Be sure to always know your credit score. Your credit score affects auto loans, getting credit cards, insurance, and even employers look at your credit score before hiring to see if you're responsible or not. Always be sure to look at and read your credit report to make sure everything is correct and there aren't any false purchases on it. Credit can cost you a ton of money if you aren't careful. There are many places to check your history and score like Equifax, TransUnion and Experian.
