Chicken parm

This resipie was originally made so that it would be healthy enough for somebody has a stricter dietary menu so most of the flavor comes from your red souse so doctor up what you use to your liking(add spices that u like to the souse)

Ingredients & Equipment

1/2 cup goya mojo criollo marinade

stir in 3 medium chopped onion

4 green peppers diced

2cups grated carrots

1 cup minced garlic

4 28 0z cans of crushed tomatoes

1 28 0z can diced tomatoes

2 tbls oregano

¾ cup sun dried tomatoes(not paced in oil)

¾ Salsa Verde(store bought)

1 cup Parmesan cheese

1 cup sugar

Angel hair spaghetti


9*9 baking pan

The red souse

Step One

Make red souse. For the perpous of saving time i premade my souse before class But this is haw i made it.

chop 3 medium onions

dice 4 green peppers

grate 2 cups of carrots

mince 1 cup of garlic

Step Two

Brown ground turkey

Step Three

add in ½ cup goya mojo criollo marinade and stir in 3 medium chopped onions

,4 diced green peppers, 2 cups grated carrots and 1 cup of minced garlic.

step For

In large sauce pan add 4 28oz cans of crushed tomatoes, 1 28oz can of diced tomatoes, 2 tbls of oregano, ¾ cup of sun dried tomatoes, ¾ cup of Salsa Verde, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of sugar cook on medium heat for 5 minutes

Step five

Add in ground turkey and vegetables, simmer on low heat for 2 hours stirring occasionally

Chicken Tenders Parmesan


step 1

2cups of red sauce in 8x8 baking pan add in 8 chicken tenders
preheat oven to 350(convection oven 375 for regular)

Step 2

pour more red sauce on tenders add 2 cups mozzarella cheese and ½ cup Parmesan cheese

step 3

cover with foil and bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes (convection oven 375 for regular)

Remove foil and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown
