PTA Fall Fundraiser Update

This year our school is participating in a Classic Recipes Cookie Dough and Entertainment Book fundraiser to raise money for field trips, classroom supplies, scholarships for our students, and many more school needs. Out goal is for each student to sell at least 5 items. If everyone participates, we will meet and exceed our goal. Detailed information has already come home with your child, and hopefully everyone has sold at least 5 items already.

Last Friday students turned in their yellow slips indicating they sold 5 items or more. These students will be receiving a special paw gift for reaching the five item goal. We would like to have all orders turned in to school by Friday, October 2nd. That is this Friday!

Once again, our goal is to raise $15,000 this year, and we can do it! Need more information? Click HERE to get more information, order forms, and details from our PTA website.

New Website Launch on Thursday

All Walled Lake Schools and District websites will change to a new platform starting this Thursday, October 1st. Our new Dublin and Walled Lake web page will have a brand new look, but will still be easy to access all of the information you need. We have been working for almost a year to prepare for this transition, and are excited to present our new web page system on Thursday, October 1st.

As you know with any change, it will take a little bit of time to become familiar with the new pages, but you will be pleased with the amount of useful information you will find on our school web page and the WL District web page.

Thank you in advance for using our school and District web pages as a resource for important school information.

Calling All Dublin Dads!

We need help at Dublin and we would like to have our Dublin Dads help out in a variety of ways this year. We are currently seeking Dads to take part in our Dublin W.A.T.C.H. Dog Program at school. We would like to have dads help on the playground, in the cafeteria, and in our car rider and shamrock pick up areas. Later, we would like our Dublin dads to help in classrooms too! We are only asking that you help once this year, or if you can help more often, that is great too! A number of dads signed up for more information at our Meet and Greet, Welcome Back Picnic, and Curriculum Nights. Thank you!

Soon we will be calling or emailing interested dads to schedule a day and time for you to come in and volunteer your time. For more information about W.A.T.C.H. Dogs, please click HERE. If you are interested in helping sometime this year at Dublin, please contact Diana O'Keefe at 248-982-2675 or di_okeefe@yahoo.com. You can also contact Daniel Hunter at 248-342-2163 or dhunter@lakeorion.k12.mi.us. You can also contact Mr. Drewno at school any time to talk about this exciting opportunity to become involved at school. WE NEED YOU!
