Save the Date! Our Winter Concert for music students this semester.

( Please note: If your student has art this semester, they will not be having a concert in December, but will have a concert in the Spring!).

Shirts purchased daily prior to 11am will be delivered the same day to your student. Any shirts purchased 'after' that time will be delivered on the next school day.

Some friendly reminders to make the school year go smoothly -

• School begins at 7:40 am. Please have your child here on time so they don’t miss important information for the day.

• Students arriving between 7:40am and 8am are marked tardy. Students arriving after 8am will be marked absent for the first period.

• Guardians must sign-in students arriving any time after 8am. The sign-in sheet is available in the front office.

• When your student returns from an absence, please remember to have them turn in a doctor’s or guardian note stating the dates and reason for the absence. Excuse notes MUST be provided within 3 Days or the absence will be considered 'Unexcused'.

Attendance is one of the most important factors in a student’s academic success. Students who come to school on time, prepared to learn are in a great position to be successful. Thank you for supporting your child's education by encouraging good school attendance.

Daily school attendance is VERY important. Every minute counts.

Attendance is taken daily during 3rd period. Attendance rates captured at (M/T/W/Th @9:38am and F @9:14am) are vital to campus funding. If at all possible, schedule your student's appointments to allow your child to be at school during that time.

When planning Doctor's Appointments ..

~ Try to schedule on Fridays. It's an early dismissal day.

~ Late afternoon appointments. You can pick up your student before 'early' pickup ends.

~ Front office opens at 8am.

~ No early pick-up is allowed after 2pm on M/T/W/Th and 12pm on Fridays.

No students will be released after these times.

The front office closes (to Visitors) at this time. However phone calls will be taken until 3:30pm.

~ Lunch drop off ends at 10:00am
