Any incoming siblings in your family will be added to your contract at a later date. Finally - your registration fees will be deducted from your FACTS account on January 22, 2016 ... not before!

THE 2015 SPES FUND OFF TO A GREAT START

Thanks to all who have already pledged their support to the 2015 SPES Fund through a gift of prayer, monetary gift or pledge. In the past three weeks, over $25,000 has been contributed to help the school in covering the $701 per child difference between cost of tuition and the actual cost of educating a child at SPES. The SPES Fund is an ongoing campaign which will end in May of 2016. If you would like your tax-deductible contribution to count for your 2015 taxes, please make your donation before December 31, 2015. All donations received after that point will be deductible for the 2016 calendar year.

GIRLS ON THE RUN ASSISTANT COACHING OPPORTUNITY

We are currently inviting interested parents to serve as assistant coaches for our spring session of our Girls on the Run group! The spring season runs from February 22nd until May 7th and the group meets, rain or shine, every Monday and Wednesday from 2:30 - 4 p.m. Being an Assistant Coach involves helping our two head coaches carry out lessons and monitor the girls. Keep in mind that you do NOT have to be a runner to help! You must be Safe Environment-certified and the school will complete a background check on all who apply. If you are interesting in applying, we ask that you fill out a Non-Certified Personnel Application, which can be found here:
http://www.stpiuselementary.org/about-us/employment-opportunities.cfm
To learn more about the Girls on the Run program, please visit their website at: http://www.girlsontherunsola.org . This opportunity is being offered to SPES parents ONLY. Applications must be submitted no later than January 20th. Questions can be directed to Ellie Fitzgerald, SPES Girls on the Run Site Coordinator, at elizabeth_fitzgerald@stpiuselementary.org
