Ensuring Every Student Has The Platform To Succeed - It's What We Do.

Big picture

Parents & Guardians:

I hope everyone had a great weekend. When deciding upon what to write about, this week's topic was easy - dealing with the flu season. As we all know the Coronavirus is definitely getting lots of attention and there's no doubt we all need to do our best to prevent getting any strand of the flu. With over 750 people in our building it's difficult to prevent germs from spreading; however, there are things we can do to take precautions, like:

- have our custodians disinfect high frequency areas daily

- remind students and staff to thoroughly wash their hands

- remind students and staff not to bring your hands to your face

- remind students and staff to cover coughs and sneezes

- avoid sharing personal items

- staying home if you feel sick or not well

A little bit of precautionary practice can definitely help to preserve a healthier work and learning environment. Let's all keep working together. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me or our nurse, Mrs. Harrington.

Wishing everyone a wonderful week.
