This week at Bend Boot Camp!

Join us for another fun week of classes! Some of you are approaching that time again for measurements and updates to your nutrition plans so let us know and we can help get you on the schedule.

Classes this week:

TRX Monday, Wednesday AND Friday at 9am. **Space is limited and we have been close to capacity in some of the classes so please make sure to sign up.

Yoga Bliss Wednesday nights at 5:30. Come join us for a mid-week hour of bliss at Sol Alchemy Yoga and TRX Studio.

Boot Camp Classes 6am and 5:30pm.

**Please note the 5:30 pm classes will be meeting at River Bend Park on Monday AND Tuesday this week. We will determine later this week if we will be outside on Thursday as we want to make sure the sunshine stays around;)

And yes, Friday Fight Club is on!

Baked Hard Boiled Eggs

Looking for a quick snack??

I saw this posted on pinterest but had yet to try it until now and I have to say it has been such a great way for us to have a quick and easy snack on the go. My little ones love hard boiled eggs as do we so we so making a dozen at a time has become so much easier than boiling in my opinion.

Set your Oven to 325 degrees.
Put your raw eggs in a muffin tin pan and place in the oven for 30 minutes.

Not only do the eggs come out perfect but they are super easy to peel!

Now you have no excuses! Give it a try!

Workout Wednesdays!
You can also catch weekly workouts here as well. Traveling or not able to make it to class?? This is a great way to find a quick workout that will help you get out and move. Some of the workouts are 30 minutes in length but are high intensity allowing you to burn some calories, challenge your body and feel great.
