STEM Camp Opportunity
My name is Stephanie Romero and I am a Science Teacher at West Lake Middle School. The summer of year one (2019) I was able to work with a company to bring special opportunity to our students - STEM camp. I am pleased to announce that the company wants to return to West Lake now that COVID restrictions have been lessened. I was also able to negotiate to bring the cost down for our students. I will be the van driver and I have found a volunteer to be a chaperone on our bus so that we can reduce our cost.
Please review the following information. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me, my number is 832-661-9091. Please take a look at the Child Care Tax credit to also bring your cost down. Thank you and I look forward to spending time with your student this year on Coach B’S Summer Science Caravan!
Thank you, Stephanie Rutt-Romero
Athletics Parent Meeting
Attention incoming 7th graders who are signed up for ATHLETICS next school year:
The WLMS Athletic Coordinators, Coach Quillin and Coach Blair, will be holding a parent meeting on Wednesday May 12th in the competition gym at 5:30 PM. This meeting is intended to give out information regarding athletics next year. For many, this is the first time for their child to be in an athletic program at school, so we wanted to have the opportunity to go over some miscellaneous information as well as answer questions.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
