Also, remember when we send out surveys to help us get better as a school, as an administrator, a plant manager, and all the other positions in our school we need you to take the time to fill out the survey. We have used survey information every year and have made changes based on information shared!
Thanks for being great teachers and staff but also for caring so much about our students!
Great Summer Opportunity
Teachers,
This is a great opportunity to be a part of training and to earn FLEX hours for next year. If you are interested please go to the State page and register, starting on Wednesday. If you are really interested, please go to the site first thing on Wednesday to register!
School Leaders and Teachers – Forward to Teachers
Click here (https://www.tn.gov/education/tdoe-educator-training/summer-training-2019.html) to see all subject specific summer training opportunities. Participants must register with BOTH, the state and through MLP when the registration link opens. FLEX hours will be awarded to all participants— more info to come, regarding FLEX at a later date. You must attend the entire duration of the subject(s)-specific training for which you register, in order to receive credit.
As indicated on the state’s site, there are limited spots. With this in mind, if you are interested in attending, you must be “quick on the draw”. The state will open registration Wed., March 27th. We will notify you once you are able to also register in MLP.
Note: Teachers that plan to apply for math, science, or social studies facilitator positions, must attend the state’s training for the subject areas for which you plan to apply for—more information to come regarding teacher leader positions.
The article below has great Information about evaluating the trustworthiness of digital sites. Great read for adults who work with our students to be digital citizens!
