Nutrition labels are sort of like that. They tell you what is inside the food your eating and list it’s parts.
Nutrients
The first of the six essential nutrients is carbohydrates. Carbohydrates is your
body’s main energy source. The 2nd nutrient is proteins. Proteins are nutrients used for growth and to repair cells. The third nutrient is fats. Fats give you energy. They help cells store and use the vitamins. The fourth nutrient is water. water makes up most of your body it also helps your body use foods. The fifth nutrient is minerals.
