SHS Weekly Newsletter #38
6/10/22
Principal's Message
Things have been abuzz around the school all week with events to celebrate seniors, and it all culminates tonight with our graduation ceremony. Congratulations to all of our graduates!
While all of those events are going on, we also have three classes of students who are working hard to finish their school year on a strong note. Over this weekend, and through next week, please take time to talk with your student about where they are at in their classes, and what they need to do to reach their goals for this trimester. If you need, please contact their teachers to ensure that you have all of the information needed to help your student, and understand yourself what needs to be accomplished before 12:20pm next Friday. Our staff will continue to update ParentVue and communicate anything that students and families need to know. We look forward to a great end of the 2021-22 school year!
Have a great weekend, and GO BOWMEN!
Mr. Mitchell

Finals Schedule
Chromebook Collection for all Students: 2022
SHS will be collecting all student devices for the summer. Turn-in is happening during finals as soon as a student no longer needs it. Please make sure students have their device and charger. Devices will be inspected for damage. If a Chromebook and/or charger are not returned, a fee will be applied to your student’s account. Damage and loss fees are outlined in the Device Checkout Agreement. Students will be issued a new device when they return in the fall. Please contact the school front office at (503)825-6000 for any questions.
Thank you!
From The Health Desk
All student medications will need to be picked up by a parent or guardian at the end of the school year. Medications cannot be sent home with students and we cannot keep medications over the summer. Please pick up medications by June 21st. All medications not picked up by 6/21 will be destroyed.
