SAT PREP FOR JUNIORS
This practice will take place during flex time twice a week and will be supervised by one of our staff members. Students will be scheduled into the course and must meet attendance expectations. For completing the program, students will receive a mark of MTC and 0.25 credit as an Independent Study on their transcript. This will count towards the credits necessary for graduation.
All juniors are eligible to participate. To register, complete this form and the course will be added to your student's schedule.
COURSE REQUEST PROCESS FOR COMPASS ACADEMY, 2022-23
High school students' course selections are not finalized until they meet with their counselor, which will occur during the week of 1/31-2/4 for Compass Academy students when they meet with Ms. Ohlson. Schedules are built after that process is completed for all high school students. This means that all students who attend their scheduling meeting with their counselor will have the opportunity to be placed in their requested courses for 2022-23 at East or North and Compass Academy.
EXTENDED STUDY OPTION FOR BLOCKS C & D
If you would like to register your student for extended study this quarter, please complete this form. District transportation will be provided for students who need it, but it may take a few days to get students added to routes, so if your student will need a bus after Block C extended study, please wait until being notified by me that transportation has been arranged before having your student stay.
