Art Gala

The Art Gala is an annual favorite at the Early Childhood Center. We showcase incredible art work created by our children and host a silent auction to benefit our Tuition Support Fund. Silent auction items include art work created by the children, spirit wear, tickets to Conner Prairie and the Children's Museum, theme baskets and much, much more! Please join us to celebrate the gifts and talents of our students.

Illness Policy Review

If your child is ill, the following guidelines (from the Indiana State Dept. of Health) should be followed:

  • If your child has temperature, over 100 degrees, please keep them home until they are fever- free for 24 hours, without the use of fever reducing medication.

  • If your child is vomiting or has diarrhea they will need to be free of these symptoms for 24 hours before returning.

Hand washing is one of the best ways to prevent illness. It is important to wash hands before and after a meal, after playing outside, after using the restroom and whenever hands get dirty.

Please encourage your child to cough and sneeze into his/her elbow or use a tissue and wash hands after using a tissue.

Lowell Elementary Kindness

As part of the school wide Kindness and Justice Challenge, Lowell Elementary raised money for the tuition support fund at ECC. We received a check for $1250.00 last week as a result of their generosity. Thank you, Lowell, we appreciate your support of early childhood education!
