Generals Connect: Back to School
July 30, 2021
From the Principal’s Desk
Greetings Shiloh Families,
Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year! It is my absolute pleasure to embark upon this school year with you, as engaging partners in education. It is our desire to provide a valuable learning experience for all scholars throughout the years and we will continue the tradition of Modeling Excellence Every Day and showing our Shiloh P.R.I.D.E. (Prepared, Respectful, Integrity, Disciplined and Engaged). I hold the firm belief that, "It takes a village to raise a child, a teacher, staff members, school leaders, as well as a community, and we definitely need your support as we strive to take Shiloh to greater heights. I welcome you to the Shiloh Family and I invite you to become actively engaged in your scholar’s daily learning experience. This experience will begin on Wednesday, August 4 for all scholars. Sixth Grade Scholars will begin with in-person learning and Seventh and Eighth Grade Scholars will begin digitally, until their scheduled first day of in-person learning. Please see the staggered start schedule under the "If You Missed Open House" section of this newsletter. Please also adhere to the newly advised mask guidelines.
We have an opportunity to show the world what a united school community can accomplish!
I look forward to the success of our scholars and I thank you in advance for your support as we “Level Up” for the best school year ever!
Your Proud Principal,
Dr. Shanti Howard

Please partner with us by reviewing these expectations and discussing with your scholar(s) how these expectations should be modeled from the start and ending of each school day. Thank you for your continued support and for sending us your best!
