2021 Spicewood Elementary Virtual Exhibition!
The Spicewood Elementary Virtual Exhibition was phenomenal and we are so proud of our 5th grade students, teachers and mentors who worked together to make this a success.
A huge thank you to our IB Coordinator Mrs. Jessica Oates and Instructional Technology Specialist Mrs. Stephanie Billingsley, for their hard work and dedication to the exhibition process! We are appreciate you!

Parent Input Form Due April 23rd
Through a collaborative process, we hope to create balanced learning communities in which our students strengths and abilities compliment each other. If your student has significant medical, emotional, social, behavioral, or academic needs that may require special attention when creating a class list please fill out the optional Parent Input Form.
Virtual Parent Workshops -Mark Your Calendar!
On Thursday, April 29th, 5:00PM -6:00PM, Spicewood Elementary will host virtual parent workshops! Registration opens on April 21st! Parents will receive an electronic invitation to register for two 25 minute sessions. Session #1 will be 5:00PM -5:25 & Session #2 will be from 5:30-5:55. We hope you are able to attend!
Class Pictures Announcement from Photo Texas
As class groups cannot be photographed in a traditional manner this year, we have created a grade level composite for purchase. Please click on the link below and enter your email address to view the sample. The composites are created with student FALL pictures to maintain consistency. We are excited to be able to provide students with a keepsake of their friends for 2020-2021 school year.

Earth Day is April 22nd!
Please encourage your students to wear green or earth tone clothes. Some other ideas to celebrate are:
Sidewalk art encouraging others to Share the Planet
Earth Art: Find natural materials outside to create your own masterpiece
Take a walk or explore your backyard and use the app Seek by iNaturalist to identify different plants
The YMCA has launched their 2021-22 School Year Registration! To enroll today parents may click Here: EZ Child Track. Earlier enrollment means you will save on the registration fee!
