Day on the Farm

Third, fourth, and fifth grade students are enjoying Clever’s Day on the Farm. High school FFA students plan and coordinate Day on the Farm as an opportunity to showcase the many areas of agriculture education. FFA provide hands-on learning experience to younger students and hopefully provide a spark for future FFA members. A big thank you to Clever FFA for providing this exciting learning opportunity.

Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent teacher conferences will be held throughout the month of November. At this time, conferences will be virtual. If you are unable to virtually meet, teachers will be conducting phone conferences. Home school communication is vital to the success of students. We hope for 100% participation in these conferences. Your child's teacher will be reaching out and scheduling conferences.

Daily Wellness Checks

Each day we are asking families to do a wellness check of all students before they come to school. Employees will be doing this as well. Following these guidelines will help everyone stay healthy.

Do you have...

  • fever or chills
  • cough
  • shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • fatigue
  • muscle or body aches
  • headache
  • new loss of taste or smell
  • sore throat
  • congestion or runny nose
  • nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
If you answered "yes" to these questions please stay home!

What if my child is quarantined?

In the event that your child becomes quarantine, I want to assure you that we will do everything we can to make sure your child's education is not disrupted. Below are a few procedures we have put in place to help make this time a smooth transition. Communication between school and home is pivotal in order for your child to be successful with distance learning.

  • Parents/guardians will need to pick up your student's device and charger if they did not bring it home with them.
  • Be sure to communicate via email or Seesaw with your child's teacher.
  • Students with internet access should log into Google Classroom and click on Classwork. Here you will find instructional videos along with classwork.
  • Students without internet access may be provided with hard copies of assignments when possible. Instructional videos may be downloaded to your device by access Clever's internet outside of the school. You may then watch the instructional videos from home.
