A Busy Short Week!

This week was filled with groundhogs, hiking, snow, word problems, and much more! Our focuses academically were suffixes, sentence structure, and math word problems. A big hit was the verb experiment that was presented by Mrs. Rickman. Kids used various materials and learned about a variety of different verbs and the actions they involve. We also started our journey to Asia by beginning a study of the countries and their flags and location. We will continue our study of Asia as we progress through February. Be ready for a Chinese New Year celebration at our February SCRAM.

We apologize if your child didn't come home with a reflection on their work plan Thursday afternoon. The kids were not given ample time to complete the final step of their work plans, sorry! If you have any questions about their work or behavior from last week please feel free to contact us!
