This week we will be learning about Thanksgiving and what in means to feel thankful. In preparation for our Sharing Feast, we will be cleaning and chopping string beans. The string beans will be added to the vegetable soup we will be sharing at our feast. The books we will read include Stone Soup, The Very First Thanksgiving, and Feeling Thankful.
Report cards will be sent home this week, along with a reminder of the time of your Parent/Teacher conference.
Please Keep in Mind…
• School will be closed on November 20 for Parent Teacher Conferences.
• School will be closed November 25th-27th for Thanksgiving Break
• As the weather is getting colder, the children continue to go outside daily. Please make sure your child has appropriate outdoor clothing and an appropriate change of clothes in his/her box.
Thank you for your support!
