Laps at Lunch- Volunteers Needed.
We are so grateful to the volunteers who have supported our Laps at Lunch program! We have been able to run it every week since we started it this year because of your kindness and generosity!
We have volunteers signed up through the week of November 20th, and we are now looking for help to get us through the rest of 2023!
Volunteers are needed from 10:30am-11:35am on most Tuesdays and Thursdays (as noted in the sign-up). All volunteers must have an active CORI on file. Please click here to sign up!
Student Advisory Council Reminder: Belonging Survey
Last week we sent out a summary of our Student Advisory Council meeting that included details about a student survey. The information is being shared below AND the full email is linked below that, too. THANK YOU!
Students also reviewed 5 statements we would like all students at Miller to answer that will help inform our efforts to cultivate a culture of belonging.
The statements are:
1. I like being in school.
2. I feel safe when I am at school.
3. I feel like I belong at this school.
4. Teachers at my school are fair to me.
5. I am proud to go to this school.
We created a google form that we would like all students to answer on or before our next meeting December 20th- click here to view the form.
