Cherokees Win District!
7A and 8B also beat the Bluff. Way to go Cherokees!
TMMS Tennis
Congratulations to TM Middle school’s tennis teams for their performance in last Saturday’s tournament.
The 8th grade took second place and the 7th grade took third place
First place medalists were: Damian Rosas and Dorian LInebrook for 8th grade boys’ doubles; Evelyn Titzman and Nick Theiss for 8th grade mixed doubles, and Corina Cordova and Abcde Ceballos for 7th grade girls’ doubles.
Second place medalists were: Luis Rios for Boys Singles, and Jocelyn Rios and Jakelyn Rios for 8th grade girls’ doubles.
Third place medalists were: Reagan Carver and Andy Luis for 7th grade boys’ doubles, Annastasia Barbosa and Ruby Gonzales for 7th grade girls’ doubles, and Rita Rico and Noah Nino for 7th grade mixed doubles.
Consolation winners are Vanessa Flores and Macy Winchester for 8th grade girls’ doubles.
Our next match is a tournament in Kingsville this coming Saturday.

The girls’ start track season Monday, February 12, 2018. We are looking for volunteers to work our meet on Thursday, March 1. We need pickers and timers. Contact Coach Silvas or Coach L. Torres.
