A Letter to the Wonderful Staff of Trix Academy
I am an educator because of a teacher. I am sure there are many of us who have had our lives changed because of a teacher. Many of us have been blessed to have a teacher in our lives who have encouraged us to be the best versions of ourselves and the staff of Trix Academy are no different.
I want to I want to kick off this week of appreciation with a gigantic 'thank you' for all our teachers and staff do on behalf of our scholars and parents. I think it is critically important that you know I view our entire staff as 'teachers' in their own right and own way. I am hopeful that throughout the course of this week, each and every one of you feels an extra shot of how valued, important, appreciated, embraced, and loved you are. You make a difference and you serve selflessly. Your compassion, empathy, kindness, and caring are life-changing. Your passion, commitment, dedication, energy, and enthusiasm are infectious and inspiring. Your partnership, collegiality, collaboration, input, voice, and perspective are things I will never forget, nor have I ever taken for granted.
We have an unbelievable staff at Trix Academy. You work tirelessly on behalf of scholars and serve incredibly important roles in the lives of so many. Your impact is profound and reaches to places and depth that, in many cases, you will never see or realize. The lives you touch and the service you provide are unspeakable. Your unwavering focus on improving the experiences, outcomes, and opportunities for scholars is motivating and awe-inspiring. The love you demonstrate for our scholars, our school, and our community has shaped who we are and what we are known for. I am incredibly proud to serve in your company and alongside each one of you.
As you embark on another week of learning, growing, developing, teaching, and guiding, please know how deeply fortunate we all are to be able to call you a colleague, teacher, educator, collaborator, contributor, and friend. I love each one of you and have the most sincere and profound gratitude for what you do with and for our scholars. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. You have impacted, influenced, and moved me, each and every day. I hope this week shows a small token of how much we appreciate you!
