Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

4 ingredients


  • 1 cup (250g) crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup (220g) brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 egg

Step 1. Preheat Oven to 180°c

Step 2. Get your cup of crunchy peanut butter and beat it until all the peanut butter is smooth

Step 3. Pour all your ingredients into a large bowl.

Step 4. Mix until every ingredient is mixed

Step 5. Spoon small tablespoon sized balls onto 2 linked baking trays

Step 6. Slightly Flatten with a fork, crisscross style.

Step 7. Bake for 8 minutes, or until a thin crust has formed on the cookie.
