Peterson Specials Newsletter

PE, Music, and Art

Welcome Back Mustangs!

This monthly newsletter will be used for announcements, reminders, and student recognition from the specials classes! We are excited about all the great things going on at Peterson this year and this newsletter will be our way of sharing that excitement with you!

Upcoming Events:

RUN IN THE DARK is coming Saturday, September 19, 2015 in Bluestem Park at Alliance Town Center at 7:00 pm. There will be a 1 mile fun run, a 5K, and a 10K. It’s not too late to sign up online! Visit to register and for more information.

Class Dojo:

We are using Class Dojo again this year to track and monitor student behavior in P.E. We have sent home information on how to log in to Class Dojo. Please make sure you have logged in, so that you can view it.

SHOES: Students must wear non-marking sole gym shoes during P.E. They must cover the whole foot and either tie or velcro. This is for the safety of your child and others.

JACKETS: If your child brings a jacket to school, please make sure your child has their name written inside their jackets.

Please visit our PE webpage here for information about our class, upcoming events, and more!

Coach Brewer, Coach Nichols, and Coach Dierks thank you!
