Vol. 4, Week 35 - Student & Parent Edition

It's TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK!

May sure to take time out to thank a Teacher this week! A simple email, note, or just a "thank you" can go a long way in showing our Teachers some love! They have had to adjust and pivot a lot this year, and we are so very proud of all they do each and every day to educate our Coyotes!

Our Teachers are "The Back to our Pack" and we LOVE them! Help us in showing our Coyote Nation some love this week!

Senior Prank Letter

Parents of Seniors, and Seniors, please read the attached letter outlining expectations for the remainder of the school year.

We want all of our Seniors to retain the privilege of walking at our Graduation ceremony and participating in all end of year events.

Graduation Information

We will be posting updated graduation information in next week's hub. The information next week will contain detailed information about arrival times, dress code, cap decoration, etc....for Seniors and their guests. We also will be having a meeting with the Seniors during school on May 18th to review all expectations.

Please note that only 4 tickets are being given to each Seniors. This has not changed. Seniors are permitted to have 2 guests on the field and 2 in the stands. Any child that is school age or older must have a ticket to enter graduation (6 years old or older), and will count as one of the 4 guests. Please do not reach out to us to inquire about more tickets - we are only permitted to allot 4 per Senior.

No Bags, Backpacks, or Slingpacks beginning 5/20

No backpacks will be allowed on campus for remainder of year beginning on 5/20. Only fanny packs or purses the size of a half-sheet of paper are allowed. Drawstring bags are not allowed.

UPDATES

MASK UPDATE FROM SUPERINTENDENT BROWNING

Pasco Schools Families,

Due to the ongoing pandemic, for the remainder of the school year we will continue to require that students, staff, and visitors wear masks on our campuses and in our office buildings.

As a school district, we have worked together to limit the spread of COVID-19 in our schools, and masks have played a large role in that effort. We remain optimistic that masks will no longer be necessary in the fall, and are making plans for a much more normal 2021-22 school year.

Let’s finish the school year strong and healthy, and come back next year stronger than ever.

CLICK HERE to watch a video from Mr. Browning.

Thank You.
