JAMS Monday Message
Week of September 20, 2021
Hello All,
It was a beautiful weekend. I hope you all took care of yourselves.
So the County has relaxed the quarantine policy for some close contacts. Students who are asymptomatic and were exposed to a positive case on campus will no longer have to quarantine. There are a couple of exceptions and many protocols that must be implemented. I met today with the District’s COVID Compliance Team to discuss the timing and logistics of the new policy. The District will announce a best guess on the start date for this modified quarantine in the next couple of days.
This is what’s going on this week.

This Weekend
My step-daughter Azonde turned 22 on Sunday. Her dad and siblings came in from Alabama to celebrate. I had a chance to cook all day Saturday making her favorites. We had a great time.
This past week she ordered her first batch of hoodies she designed. We are very proud of her for taking a different path, tapping into her creative mind and taking a risk. Check out her logo below.

Breathe please.
