Castle Rock Communiqué

We love our Knights!

September 20, 2020 (Week Seven)

Hello Castle Rock Families!

We hope you enjoyed your weekend! This week's newsletter announces our annual Parent Symposium (to be held virtually on September 26), important information from our Community Club, a new mental health and counseling service for our families, and more. Thank you for taking the time to read through it so you are able to stay well informed of what is happening around here!

I have enjoyed visiting your children's classrooms over the past few weeks and continue to be so impressed with their enthusiasm and perseverance! Also, a HUGE shout out to our teachers and staff who are working tirelessly to ensure that all students are provided the opportunity to learn at high levels. You are all heroes.

Thank you for your continued support of our school. Your partnership has never been more essential than now. We continue to be so blessed by our families and think of you often.

Take care and stay well!

A Message From Our Community Club

Dear Parents,

It’s that time again!!! Now is when we ask our amazingly supportive parents to make a voluntary donation to the Castle Rock Community Club’s Education Fundraiser Campaign . This year, we are trying to reach a goal of $50,000 by October 16, 2020. We rely on these donations to assist in the funding of supplemental educational events for the entire year.

As you may know, this is our major fundraising event for the year. We are asking you to consider a voluntary donation of $150 per student. However, any amount helps us to get closer to achieving our goal. Every dollar you donate will go directly to the school and is 100% tax deductible. (FID# 95-6154489)

We will hold weekly drawings for e-gift cards from Starbucks, Target, Amazon, and much more for participating families; no donation is required to be eligible for these drawings. After reading this letter, simply visit to indicate you have read the information about our fundraiser.

Again this year, parents will earn special “ Education Fundraiser Supporter” decals for their automobiles in white, bronze, silver, and gold levels to demonstrate their support for our children. We are excited to see our school supporters throughout the city of Diamond Bar and beyond! (We will be mailing these out should school still be closed at the end of the event.)

Please make checks payable to CRCC (CASTLE ROCK COMMUNITY CLUB) and include the name of your child(ren) and teacher(s). You may make payment electronically at (click on the “donate” button just above “Recent News”). You may also scan the QR code above using the PayPal app on your phone.

The sooner we receive your response, the more drawings your Knight will be eligible for.

Our goal is to promote educational enrichment for our children so all of the money raised by Community Club goes back to the school. These donations help in the funding of supplemental educational and technological needs of our students. Thank you for your consideration. We look forward to doing great things together!
