4 Types of decision making strategies
1) Painful
2) Impulsive
3) Compliant
4) Delaying
Painful
Painful decision making is never a good thing and can cause a waste in not only time but in emotion too. Painful decision making doesn't help lead to the decision making process and can lead to a forced decision.
Impulsive
Impulsive decision making involves little to no planning and usually the person tends to act before they think leading to quickly made decisions.
Compliant
Compliant decision making involves letting others make the final decision and can lead to a lack of commitment. Usually the person making the decision doesn't have ownership.
Delaying
Delaying decision making involves procrastination to make a final decision. This can only lead to negative things and usually leads to a loss of control.
