Some of the cotton is ready to be harvested! If you would like your students to harvest a little of the cotton, go right ahead. It's simple, just break off the dried and open cotton boll and remove the cotton. Your students can stretch the cotton and find the seeds inside. Just be sure to leave some for other classes!
