GO COLTS!

Hey Cary!

We are in a race to the finish line! Maintain your focus and believe in not only your students, but yourself. Reach out for help and support if needed. That is what we are here for. I cannot wait to see our hard work pay off in student results!

Have a great week and remember that we are only 10 instructional days away from the ACPs!

I am truly grateful to work with such a passionate and dedicated group of educators.

Keep pushing yourself to be the ambitious leader you are!

Employee Highlight of the Week!

Mr. Salas comes to us all the way from Dallas, TX in Oak Cliff! He attended one of the smaller DISD high schools know as Skyline :)

This is his 2nd year here at Cary and he says he enjoys every moment. The best part about working at Cary for Mr. Salas is learning new things from the students.

Mr. Salas would like to give a special shout out to Briana Jones who he states is not only a great athlete, but a great student all around!

It may come as no surprise, but in his free time you will almost always find Mr. Salas on the soccer field. You may also find him jammin’ out to some hip hop and reggaeton!

If Mr. Salas has 1 million dollars he would build a sports complex just for the Cary Colts!

Mr. Salas has one older brother and two younger sisters.

Thank you Mr. Salas for your dedication and service to Cary middle school. We are lucky to have you on staff!

Want to be part of this?!?!?

If you would like to be spotlighted please take this questionnaire!

How are you communicating our Mission, Vision, and Values???

Part of being a successful organization and school is to ensure we are all aligned to common language and expectations. Please take a moment to reflect on how you are using the Mission, Vision, and Values with your students. If this is destination we want our students reach then we must actively communicate this each and every day. Make it a point this week to incorporate the Mission, Vision, and Values for Cary into your lessons!
