● An inappropriate level or sequence placement

(i.e. Spanish 3 not 2, AP/Honors to a General Course)

● An obvious error in schedule (i.e. same class twice)

● Prerequisites that have not been fulfilled

● Would like to opt-in to a higher level/ more rigorous version of their current course

(i.e. General Course to AP/Honors)

Schedule changes WILL NOT be made for these reasons:

● Specific teacher request

● Switch sections of the same course to get a different teacher

● Requested change would exceed class size capacity

● Student changed his/her mind

● Desire to have a certain lunch schedule

● Desire to be with friends

● Desire to have a class at a certain time of the day

As a reminder, students must keep a minimum of 6 classes as a freshman, sophomore, and junior and a minimum of 5 classes as seniors.

Hello! My name is Katie Hill and along with my co-coordinator, Amber O’Brien, we are again asking for your help to raise funds for our LSHS 2022-23 Teacher and Staff appreciation activities. These funds will be utilized to bring in food for staff during both fall and spring conferences, coordination of teacher appreciation week in May and will allow for one staff appreciation activity per month for the remaining months school is in session. The financial goal listed may sound like a lot, but please know there are 130+ staff working to educate and care for our students each day. By meeting the financial goal listed, it will allow us to spend roughly $52 per staff person for the entire year of activities we will be coordinating. If it speaks to your heart, please consider donating to help us execute our plans? Sharing this funding initiative with your circle of friends/family is a huge help as well! All coordinating efforts are done in conjunction with school representatives and spending activities are completely transparent. If you have questions about this or wish to donate your time to help out, please contact us! In the meantime, THANK YOU so very much in advance for your support!!!

Lakeville High School is excited to announce live stream for fall activities including football, soccer, and volleyball.

Families will be asked to verify contact information, communication preferences, and student health information. Families will also be asked to review and agree to the Acceptable Use Policy for student devices, the iPad loan agreement and their school’s student handbook.

The household check-in for the 2022-23 school year is open now through Sept. 2, 2022.

On August 11, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) eased its COVID-19 guidance for schools. Based upon the updated CDC recommendations, we are asking everyone in our school community to continue to take steps this school year to help mitigate the spread of illness in our schools:

  • If your child is sick, please keep them home and report the illness to your school's health office.

  • If your child tests positive for COVID-19, they should stay home for at least 5 days and until symptoms have improved. Please report the illness to your school’s health office. Upon return to school, face masks are recommended and respected, but not required.

Per the CDC, close contacts no longer need to quarantine under the latest guidance.

Thank you for your cooperation and partnership in helping keep our schools healthy.
