EOY Information
- the red form in the red folder and the blue form in the blue folder inside the slot outside my office.
- Class lists for next year should be emailed to the Administrative Team AND uploaded to Google Drive by Wednesday, June 11.
- Cumulative folders will be reviewed AFTER your class's folders has been cleaned out, organized, and partnered checked. The purple form in the End of Year folder provides the things not needed as well as the order of documents that should be kept. Please be sure the purple form has your signature as well as your partner's. These steps should be followed prior to meeting with Ms. E. Williams or myself. I will be checking cums on June 12 according to the following schedule, provided nothing changes:
third grade: 9:30-10:30
fourth grade: 10:30-11:30
fifth grade: 11:30-12:30
- If you miss your assigned time, please plan to meet with me after the other grade levels have been reviewed. Grades 3-5 folders will be reviewed in the testing room next to my office.
- Also, please do not remove the Review of Accommodations Forms from the cums. They are required documentation to show that accommodations were provided during testing. Most of these forms are green, however there are a few that are white. Please leave them inside the cums.

Please send home "OES Summer Reading Flyers" with your report cards. They will be in your boxes by Tuesday. Many parents have asked for summer reading support and are expecting this flyer. Thanks.
Thank you so much to everyone who has begun to return books/novel sets to the book room. We are still missing bunches of books. Please DO NOT reshelve books, place them in the return basket or on the center island. Thanks.
If you have Imagine It! or Open Court resources in your room please place them outside of your classroom by Monday morning. Helpers will be collecting and boxing these resources Monday to ship to the warehouse.
As you are cleaning out your rooms, if you find any professional resources that you do not want please place them on the island in the book room. We will add them to our professional library collection.
