Berlin Wall

This tourist attraction in Berlin has a great historic background. The Berlin Wall was used to divide West Berlin from East Germany. It was decided to be built on August 13, 1961 (during the cold war) to stop mass defections to West Berlin. The Berlin Wall stood till November 9th, 1989. It was a Yatia and Potsdam that split Germany into two parts.

Pergamon Museum

Get ready to take some once in a lifetime pictures! This museum has many incredible artifacts that will teach you a lot! The museum consists of 3 sub museums. The star of all the classical antiques is Zeus Altair which is so large, it take up an entire huge room. It took over 20 years to reassemble from thousands of fragments in the museum. This museum also contains the Market Gate of Miletus as well as sculptures from various Greek and Roman cities. The Near East Museum contains one of the largest collections of ancient Babylonia, Persia and Assyria. The South of the Museum is dedicated on Islamic Art featuring carpets, miniatures and woodcarvings. This museum attracts people of all cultures alike!

In 1805 after a visit of Russian Tzar Alexander, locals just called it Alex. Most of the buildings were destroyed during the allied bombing in World War II . It became the center of East Berlin after the War and was used to showcase socialist architecture. This resulted in a plain simple bulky building and a large TV tower. The tower’s nickname is the toothpick because it is 365 m tall or 1197 feet. In Alexanderplatz, there is a revolving restaurant called Telecafe. The restaurant is at the height of 207m and the viewing platform is at 203m.

There is also, TV which makes more jobs, and people talking to each other, which makes the country more social. Germany also has a great movement of goods. Germany is one of the World’s largest exporters. Some of the major materials they export are steel, cars, electronics and chemicals. Finally, the majority of Germany’s population is centered around Berlin, Düsseldorf and Munich. The reason for this is due to the many industries in those areas. Many people is Germany use train travel because it is reliable and fast!

A: Despite poor soil conditions, the Germans have adapted to make themselves a successful agricultural country. Also, the Germans depend on Lake Constance, located in the German Alps. This lake is a large tourist attraction, which makes lots of money for German economy. Due to the heavy industrial sections, these areas tend to have a huge amount of air pollution. Because of air pollution, German Oak trees could die out. Finally, the north of Germany has more water so trees and plants grow more in the north.
