Hot Artichoke - Parmesan dip
Ingredients:
1 cup of Miracle Whip
1 cup of Parmesan grated cheese
1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
2 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 350F
2) mix ingredients
3) spoon into a shallow oven proof dish
4) bake for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly
Serves 9 people
serve with salted chips or triscits
Snack
Mango and Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of coconut water
1/2 cup of frozen mango
1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
2 ounces of tofu
1 teaspoon of agave nectar
Instructions:
1) in a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth
2) pour into glass and serve
serves 1 person
