Monday Morning Memo - Week 30
4/15/18
Dear Poupard Staff,
Please join me in welcoming two new staff members starting at Poupard this week.
Kim Bahr will be our new Library Assistant. Kim is coming to us from Trombley where she worked as an assistant in the ASD classroom. She is a former Poupard parent and is thrilled to be joining us.
James LaForest will be our new night time Custodian Leader. James has been a substitute custodian all around the district. Poupard has a long run during the evening shift and James is up to the challenge.
Thank you to Lori Woznicki and Kathy McLean for volunteering to assist recycling the cans for our efforts to raise $$$ for new water fountains with water bottle fillers.
To Do List:
- Please remember to give your Chromebook Chargers to Karen by the end of the day. Michael from the Tech Department will be stopping by Tuesday to get our new computer carts set up.
- Please remember to complete your Choice PD form by the end of the day. You may access it by clicking here.
Let's continue to shine!
Ali

Nuts and Bolts - Updated 4/15/18
- All probationary staff should meet with Cindy to schedule their second observation. You will be scheduling three dates (Pre-Observation, Observation, and Post-Observation).
- Dragon Dollars have been handed out. Please use these to acknowledge the positive behaviors you notice from our 4th and 5th graders. Please only hand out one at a time.
- Please remember to take your Walkie Talkie with you outside when you take your students outside for an extra recess. The office staff has had a tough time locating individual students at the end of the day and it can be especially challenging with one person.
- The School Improvement Team is looking for books in good shape for Poupard's Literacy Night in May. If you find some, get a receipt and give them to Lori Woz.
