You are asked to attend ONE session, per child, per grade level:
Session 1: 5:30-6:15 p.m.
Session 2: 6:30-7:15 p.m.

Photos are Needed for Veterans Day
To prepare for the event, I am asking that you email me a digital photo of the veteran or current service member whom you know will be attending our Veterans Day Ceremony from your family.
Please email the photo to me missy.mattingly@raypec.org and include:
- "Veterans Day Photo" in the subject line
- the Shull student's name in the email
- the military member's first and last name in the email
- the military member's ranking in the email
- a contact number for you in case we have questions
Peculiar Way Interchange Ceremony Sept. 13
Area residents will soon enjoy additional access to the Raymore-Peculiar campus when the I-49 and Peculiar Way interchange opens.
The City of Peculiar and the Missouri Department of Transportation have scheduled a ribbon cutting ceremony for the I-49 and Peculiar Way interchange is scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13, on the east side of the new bridge.
The event will include a performance by the Ray-Pec High School Panther Pride marching band and comments by Superintendent Dr. Kari Monsees.
If you attend the ceremony, please enter on the east side near the campus, and park on the outer road.

Join us on Thursday, September 29, at 6:30 p.m. in the Shull library for free pizza and refreshments. You'll also learn how you can become a member of our Watch D.O.G.S. program, "Dads of Great Students".

Sept 15 - Parent Information Night - PLEASE ATTEND
- Our teachers will spend hours and hours preparing for this night! Parents are strongly urged to attend
- Learn about the standards and concepts your child is expected to master and how those standards are assessed, the teacher's classroom management and homework procedures and technology integration expectations. You will also have an opportunity to ask the teacher questions and meet other parents
- Choose ONE session per child (per grade level)
- 5:30-6:15 p.m. Session 1
- 6:30-7:15 p.m. Session 2
- Please be aware that childcare is not provided
Sept 23 - School Picture Day
Sept 27 - Shull Culver's Night @ the Raymore Culvers 5:00-8:00 p.m.
Sept 29 - Dad's Pizza Night @ 6:30 p.m.
- ATTENTION DADS, UNCLES, GRANDPAS & POSITIVE MALE ROLE MODELS!!!
- You are invited to bring your Shull Sharks and enjoy FREE pizza together at 6:30 p.m. in the Shull cafeteria
- Guests will learn about our Watch D.O.G.S. program and most importantly how they can become a Watch D.O.G.S. member and start spending time with their little ones at school
- RSVPs will be sent home soon
Oct 7 - 8:00-8:30 a.m. Muffins with Mom in the Shull Cafeteria - RSVP forms will be sent home in September

Meal Account Menus & Payments
Menus
School meal menus are available on the Child Nutrition website at www.rpchildnutrition.org as well as the “Web Menus” app by School Nutrition and Fitness available through itunes for Apple or Playstore for Android.
New Online Payment Processing
The Child Nutrition Department now uses the Ray-Pec Web Store to process meal account payments. Go to www.raypec.k12.mo.us and select “Online Bill Pay” at the top of the page to replenish funds in your student’s meal account.
Donations Will be Helpful
Thank you for your donations!! Our list is getting smaller!
We will be overjoyed to receive any of the following:
- gently used books for classroom libraries
- gently used shoes & socks (for students to wear during P.E.)
Items for our indoor recess carts:
- foam balls
- gently used puzzles
- empty 2-Liter bottles
- bean bags (homemade is fine)
- gently used socks (washed please)
- skeins of yarn (any color)
- deflated balloons
- cotton balls
- Twister game
- tennis balls
- women's panty hose
- laundry baskets
2016-2017 Approved Snack List
Snacks sent to the school for the purpose of sharing with other students must come from the approved snack list.
**Please note that we have multiple students with nut allergies and we strive to keep our environments as nut-free as possible. Thank you for keeping this in mind when you are deciding which snacks to send with your child
