Week at a Glance
Monday-Friday
- 08/24- First Day for students... remember to take attendance on Gradespeed and write "e" on the folder for those that show up!
- 08/25- Second day same as the first... more new students. Remember routines and procedures are vital to a successful school year.
- 08/26- Parents will start tapering off and students will start going to the auditorium and gym in the morning for arrival procedures. Breakfast should be over no later than 8:00 a.m.
- 08/27- Continue collecting enrollment envelopes with all the documentation needed by the CRC, Nurse, etc
- 08/28- Ensure you have all of your textbooks that you need for instruction. If they are missing pieces please e-mail Mr. Beard.

Meet the Teacher Night
Now that we have the majority of our students, you can have a meeting with your parents. This would be a perfect time to discuss homework, projects, classroom expectations, grade level expectations, etc.

Dismissal Process
- Please remember all teachers from K-2nd need to have a check out system for students that are being picked up. Be vigilant and very cautions with your students.
- All 1st-5th grade will be lined up by the circular drive. This will expedite the traffic. 1st grade will line up first all the way at end of the drive way followed by second, third, fourth and finally 5th. Please be prepared to stand outside in the sun. Bring sunglasses and umbrellas if necessary to protect you from the sun.
- The a.m. and p.m. duty rosters have been e-mailed. Please make sure you assign one person per grade level to assist with the bus students.
