Common Sense Media has a “For Parents” tab that will help you explore common
questions and concerns about children and technology.
sincere appreciation ~ THANK YOU Families!
On behalf of the entire BPMS staff, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the great care you each have shown towards keeping children home when they have been sick and communicating with school about their return when they are 100% healthy. Your vigilance is making a huge difference in keeping illness to a minimum at school and we all really appreciate your help.
As we approach our holiday vacation we wish you a restful and relaxing break.
With gratitude ~
Sally
Please return overdue library books!
Dearest BPMS Families,
We have almost 150 overdue library books at this time. My greatest wish is to get a critical mass of overdue books returned to our beloved school library ahead of the winter break.
I will get out overdue notices before the break (both hard copies and electronic versions). Getting kids in the rhythm of keeping track of and returning their books on time is a great life skill. As the mom of two little children, I highly recommend having a tote bag or a box in your house where the library books live at all times when not being enjoyed. This makes retrieval and returns if not a breeze, at least somewhat easier.
If you know a book is truly lost forever or have any questions, please reach out to me at mollie.sprague@mmuusd.org. Thank you for working hard to take care of our school's library books. ~ Mollie
Did you know that you can now borrow snow shoes from the Richmond Library?
