Wisconsin Adult Crossing Guard Week
Please take a moment to thank Mr. Laurin our am crossing guard and Officer Jake for their generosity and time for making sure our students are safe. Although there is one week designated to honoring these folks, we are grateful for the work they do each and every day! Take a moment to stop and wave and to say, "thank you!"
Flu Bug Continues
The best way to prevent the spread of the flu virus is by practicing frequent hand washing. If hands are not properly washed, the flu virus can spread quickly and easily when it comes in contact with your mucous membranes: your eyes, nose and mouth.
If your child is experiencing the following symptoms, please keep him/her home from school: fever of 100-102 (usually lasts 2-4 days), body aches, chills, dizziness, flushed face, headache, lack of energy, nausea, vomiting, and/or diarrhea.
If his/her symptoms persist beyond 4 days or if dehydration is suspected, contact your child’s physician.
