Re-Enrollment and Financial Aid Applications for 2020-21

We are excited to continue a partnership with parents, as we fulfill a commitment to biblical worldview shaping at NCCS. Re-enrollment information for the 2020-21 school year has been sent out via email to parents of all current students. We encourage parents to complete the process as soon as possible so as to receive priority enrollment and financial aid consideration.

Open enrollment for new families has started. Our office is very busy with enrollment, classes are filling up, and we anticipate several grades having wait lists. We want to see our current families here next year, and receive financial aid should they need it. If you need assistance or have questions, we encourage you to meet with administration. Please call or email (mckenzie_falotico@ncchristianschool.com) our office to schedule a meeting, as we are happy to help you.

Facilities and Campus Improvement

As was mentioned in the year-end letter, there are many areas within our facilities and campus that need attention. Over the the past several months, multiple financial donations toward this need have been given to get us started on projects. Praise and glory to God for the blessing!

In light of this need, we have put together a Facilities and Campus Improvement Committee. The committee seeks to work in partnership with those in our Society with skills/resources in these areas of trades, materials, and business: siding, roofing, plumbing, electrical, paint (interior and exterior), windows, lighting, fencing, architecture, HVAC, landscaping, paving, custodial, and general contractor-commercial or residential.

Please reach out to emily_clark@ncchristianschool.com if you are able to help in any of these areas.

Big picture

Annual Auction UPDATE

Prepare to relive the 80's at the annual auction on May 2, 2020! Join us for a fun night in support of NCCS.

  • Ticket sales begin Tuesday, February 4th, on the auction web page.
  • Follow updates for this event on the special Facebook page.
  • Donations Needed: The Auction Committee is asking for you to consider, "Who do you know who can work with us to make our event successful?" We are asking for donations of vacation rentals (Mexico, Hawaii, Sun River, Oregon Coast, ....) and experiences (guided fishing trip, hot air balloon ride, in-home chef, collegiate and professional sporting event...) to offer at the auction. Can you, or someone you know, provide these type of items? Maybe you have a skill to share that someone else would bid on?

ATTENTION: Here are the Sign Up Genius links to the auction class basket project. Everyone can help and contribute something from the lists of items needed. We appreciate your donations and help in making these baskets come together by the end of February!

Kindergarten - 1st - 2nd - 3rd - 4th - 5th - 6th - 7th-8th - 9th-10th - 11th-12th

If you have questions, are wanting to make a donation, or would like to work with the auction team, please contact Susan Van Sickle at joyfilled99@gmail.com. Attached below are donation and sponsor forms for those wish to partner with us in this way

Spring Sports Registration

High School spring sports registration opens mid-February for track & field and boys' baseball. Spring sports begin March 2, so visit the Athletics page for registration later this month. Go Saints!

Monthly Character Trait: LEADERSHIP

Elementary students practiced showing LEADERSHIP as they learned about this character trait. As students (and teachers) recognized classmates showing LEADERSHIP during the school day, they would fill out a "halo". The halo was added to a class bucket of entries for the month. At a chapel, one name was drawn for each class from those entries to have a special lunch with Mrs. James at Burgerville. We are so proud of all our young Saints for showing LEADERSHIP!

January Character Trait Drawing Winners: Xander Allenbrand (K); Desmond Collins (1); Grant Klusmann (2); Alissa Spruit (3); Tytus Collins (4); Addie Neely (5); Madeline Kilgore (6)

1 Timothy 4:12 Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.

Thank you to Mrs. Gale Ehigh

Please join us in recognizing Mrs. Ehigh for her years of service at NCCS. She served in the office to support the business needs of the school. We are going to miss her, as she has decided to pursue other employment. THANK YOU MRS. EHIGH!!!!
