Thank you to those Male Role Models and Dad's that were able to attend our WatchDog Launch! I appreciate PTA, the Francis Family, and Mr. Kiner, Top Dog for presenting and getting our volunteers signed up to work with our students.

Coach Angela Cross
I can't believe that I am starting my 7th year at Polser, my 20th year in LISD & beginning my 22nd year of teaching! I am a graduate of Ponder High School & UNT. My educational journey has lead me to work with all ages. I began coaching at the middle school level (Strickland MS), moved up to high school as a JV Coach/Varsity Assistant (Marcus & Lewisville HS), moved on to be a Head Varsity Girls basketball coach (Ponder HS), & presently have been teaching elementary PE for LISD since the 2012 school year. My husband, Whit Cross, coaches football at Lakeview Middle School in LISD & we live in Flower Mound with our children Tyler & Tatum who are in 7th & 8th grade at Forestwood Middle School. We also have a 6 year old husky named Sadie. My children keep me extremely busy with their sports schedules! My son plays football, basketball, runs cross country & throws the shot & discus in track. My daughter runs cross country, plays volleyball, basketball & softball! My entire family loves sports & anything sports related. You can find us cheering on our favorite teams - Let's Go Mavs! Boomer! Go Rangers! I love the fact that each & everyday we come to work we have the opportunity to build relationships with students & through those relationships have the chance to make a positive impression that could last a lifetime! I still remember Mrs. Lisa Bartee, my second grade teacher & how great she was! Also, Coach Mark Beaty, who other than my father made the biggest impression on me as a high school athlete by always demanding the very best from me!
