A Message from Dr. Hawley
I am excited to welcome our kindergarten students to the building next week. On Monday, September 21st, students with last names beginning A-L will be starting. On Tuesday, September 22nd, students with last names beginning M-Z will be starting. On Wednesday, September 23rd, we will have all kindergarten students together. I look forward to meeting all the students!

A Message For Our Remote Families
Please keep the office informed if your child will be absent from the live streaming. This is important for attendance purposes. Also, it is important to log in on time so the teacher can let your child into the Zoom session.
On Monday, the specialists will share their Google Classrooms. Your child will be able to access the activities for art, music, p.e., and technology and complete them along with their core classwork. These activities are not optional like they were in the spring.
Remote students will have the opportunity to get their pictures taken on September 29th from 4 pm- 6 pm at Brimfield Elementary. These are the pictures that will go in the yearbook.
Information about MAP testing will be coming soon.
Important Message From Nurse Patty!
- Students will need to have an extra mask in their book bag every day.
- Students will need to have a NON- GLASS, refillable water bottle every day in school. We do not have water bottles and the fountains are closed. They will be able to refill their bottles at special filling stations.
- Students will need to have a change of clothes in their book bag in case they might need them, We do not have extra clothes in the building this year.

Hello Field Families!
Welcome to the counselor's corner! I will be providing you with some brief social emotional ideas and counseling program news on the newsletter! Since it has been a different start to the year than normal I am sure everyone is feeling it in different ways. Practicing self care and coping skills are great ways to help you when you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or need to feel calm. Some great skills to practice every day are deep breathing techniques such as “five figure breathing” or belly breaths is a great way to start calming down!
