April, 2019
Welcome Spring!
I hope that all is well with you! We are back from Spring Break, ready to roll through the 4th academic quarter. This time of year is filled with all sorts of wonderful events and activities, as we look forward to a strong finish to our school year. Here we go with the month of April!
All Hail The Champions!
Library Transformation Begins!
Where are all the books? Many high-interest student books will be back in the Library after construction is over. A number of I.H.S. teachers have also moved books and bookcases to their rooms to establish classroom libraries. This took place over the past month.
Special thanks to our school librarian, Mrs. Laura Janosek, as spent the past two months going through the entire 10,000 books in the Library! This was huge task. Thank you, Mrs. Janosek!!
Our "re-imagined" I.H.S. Library is scheduled to be ready for the start of the 19/20 school year in August! We can't wait!
