Movement
Any Artist can control the movement of the viewers eye by how they position the objects and elements on a piece of art work or picture that was taken from a photographer or drawing.

The linear pattern below creates rhythm, it shows how the eye will be pulled from left to right horizontally (repeating lines), that is the movement of the eyes back and forth across the image or the eye can jump from one of the horizontal lines to the next, like running up this flight of stairs.
